During this process, the blossoms become dry as their flavor is infused with the tea leaves. It is beautifully shaped. The aromatic profile has an intense attack; its floral note lingers and leaves a long-lasting refreshing feeling in the mouth. The liquor color is bright yellowish green, The infused leaves are tender, crystal-clear green. This tea can be steeped several times. The notable varieties are Jasmine Dragon Pearl (Jasmine Pearl/Jasmine Dragon Phoenix Pearl), Zhenghe Jasmine Silver Needle (Zhenghe Jasmine Yin Zhen), and Jinhua Jasmine.
